Lupo Dominici is a married man, manager of a company, who becomes the target of a couple of killers for a reason unknown to him. This event cancels his gray existence. In spite of himself Lupo, to save himself, will have to make extreme choices and bring out the most primordial he had buried. The structure is that of the French polar, a noir with a social background, set between Rome and the archipelago of the Tuscan islands.
